🔬 Not every awakened soul comes from the Himalayas.
Some come from the lecture hall.
I was a scientist – ETH Zurich.
Physics. Chemistry. Precision. Logic.
But inside, there was emptiness.
Depression followed me through my studies,
until – at 25 – I found the courage to see a psychologist.
That choice opened a new world.
I began to ask questions formulas could no longer answer.
🔥 Then came 2012 – Thailand – the moment that changed everything.
I was on a world journey, after completing my degree.
In silent meditation, I felt something stir inside.
At first: restlessness. Then nausea.
And then – something ancient rose from deep within me.
My entire body began to cramp:
hands, face, chest – frozen in tension.
Nailed on a cross. Literally. Unable to move.
And yet: waves of light, joy, and raw energy surged through me –
Orgasmic. Almost terrifying.
✝️ I was on the cross.
I felt the nails. I felt my heart.
I was overwhelmed – and utterly clear.
My voice was frozen, but my mind cried out for help.
And Yan – the monk leading the retreat – came.
He burst into the room, looked at me, and simply said:
“So much energy... Do you want to become a healer?”
Trembling, I whispered: Yes.
Overwhelmed. But inwardly ready.
💡 Today I know:
It was a psycho-physical release – a trauma being dissolved.
But it was more than that.
It was a rebirth. A divine memory awakening in me.
I didn’t just feel myself – I felt the pain of generations.
I am German-Jewish.
And the calling was older than my name.
